Andrew Short Marine has been in the boating business since 1981, and continues to go from strength to strength. We strive to be number one in everything we do. SeaRay International Dealer of the Year in 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2008. Mercury Marine's number one performer over the last 20 years. With our huge range of boats kept inside and undercover the new boats are kept pristine and in a NEW condition waiting for their new owners to take delivery.

The family and business associates of Andrew Short Marine have confirmed the company will continue to trade and expand following Andrew's death in a yacht race in October 2009. Andrew Short Marine is one of the most successful retail operations in the Sydney marine industry. Key suppliers to the business – including Brunswick, distributors of Sea Ray, Boston Whaler and Mercury Marine products have issued statements of ongoing support.

Andrew created a robust business which counts many of its customers as friends. Kylie Short along with management and staff will continue to operate the business with the same focus on customer service.

In addition to our Taren Point showroom we are also located at Fergusons Boatshed Marina at The Spit in Mosman right next door to d’Albora Marina for your convenience.

Ferguson’s Boatshed Marina offers an opportunity for customers to view and experience first hand the impressive Sea Ray Sports Yacht & Yacht range from 36 foot and above including the recently released Sea Ray 60 Sundancer. Also available now for the first time in Australia is the brand new Sea Ray 55 Sundancer one of the most exciting and innovative motor yachts available today.

Ferguson’s Boatshed Marina operates a travel lift and slipway services for boats up to 30 tonne, marina berths, moorings and a licensed restaurant right on the shores of Middle Harbour. Stop by at our very own Plonk! Beach Café offering patrons fine dining in a unique waterfront setting.

Our Yowie Bay Marina facility includes a recently upgraded slipway for vessels up to 60 foot, which allow us to slip customer's boats for hull and mechanical repairs. Along with the newly rebuilt floating marina which allows us to rent berths to owners, comes a number of commercial moorings in Yowie Bay also available for rent.
